RETURNS

Every Cole Haan item is backed by our long tradition of quality and craftsmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for a refund. We will refund any unworn or defective merchandise within 30 days for a merchandise exchange or a refund based on the original method of payment. Please return footwear in the original shoebox and return all other items with the original tags and tickets attached. Shipping charges and sales tax on shipping are not refundable. A credit should appear on your account.

Create an account with us and receive FREE Return Shipping via USPS on any orders placed through December 23rd.

If you’re a registered member on colehaan.com, returns are free on orders placed through December 23.
Simply follow these steps to request a free US Postal Service return label:

  1. Select MY ACCOUNT and LOG IN to your account
  2. Select MY PURCHASE HISTORY
  3. Find the Order Number containing the product you wish to return
  4. Select GET RETURN LABEL to the right of the order
  5. The Return Label pop-up screen will appear
  6. Select how you’d like to receive the label (print or email)
  7. To print a label, you must have Adobe Acrobat
If you select email, please allow up to 2 hours for the email to deliver to your in box. (please check your spam box if you don’t receive the email)

Returns at a Cole Haan Retail Store

You can make your return at any Cole Haan retail store or outlet store. Please print and bring your order confirmation e-mail with you to the store to make sure you are reimbursed the original price of the product. Our store locator can help you find the location of the store closest to you.


Returns Without A Packing Slip

To ensure appropriate credit, please return by mail. Please include a copy of your confirmation e-mail or a note with the following information:

  • Name
  • E-mail address
  • Order number
  • Reason for Return

If you purchased the item at a Cole Haan store or department store you must return the item to the store.


Quality Issues

If a product you purchased on colehaan.com has a material or manufacturing flaw, please call Customer Service at 1-800-695-8945 to arrange a return pick up.


Gift Returns

If you wish to return a product that you received as a gift, the refund will go to the original form of payment, i.e., the credit card used to purchase it. When returning a gift, please provide the order number or purchaser name, address, and telephone number to assist in processing the return.

If you return a gift that was purchased through the use of a gift certificate, your gift certificate will be restored to its original value, to be used at any time on colehaan.com.

If you return a gift to a Cole Haan Retail Store, please bring your packing slip so you can be reimbursed the appropriate amount.
