With the Cole Haan Restored program you can now have your favorite Cole Haan footwear beautifully renewed. Our restoration is like our original craft – a true custom process. Each shoe is hand-worked using the same materials and craft as the original whenever possible. The only thing that doesn’t change is the character and comfort.

Our premium restoration package. We replace your worn soles and heels with original or enhanced Cole Haan materials. As needed, we repair tassels, hardware, hand sewing and stitching; refinish the upper; and custom fit your shoes with new padded leather sock liners. Your shoes are returned with the following accessories exclusive to our Signature Package: Cole Haan natural cedar shoe trees, flannel shoe bags, shoe care products and shoe horn.
Identical to our Signature Package above, but without exclusive accessories.
We replace your worn outsoles and heels using original or enhanced Cole Haan materials. We do not touch the upper so your shoes retain their individual look.
We restore original softness, shine and finish by stripping uppers of old polish and surface stains, and use a hand-antiquing or our exclusive suede cleaning process. Grain leathers are then polished and hand buffed.
A quick way to extend the life of your shoes. We replace heels using original or enhanced Cole Haan materials. Grain leathers are then polished and hand buffed.
*This service does not include women’s high heel replacement.
Important Note: Results of restoration vary depending on condition and wear. Your footwear will retain its individual look, including creases and other elements that have shaped to your foot over time. Cole Haan cannot restore severely cracked or torn leather or linings. We cannot guarantee restoration of previous repairs performed by others. Certain light-colored leathers are difficult to restore when badly scuffed or stained.
