I actually bought 3 pairs of this shoe. 2 beige and 1 white for summer.They broke in the first day I wore them. That I could wear them all day with no pain was remarkable. Unfortunately I am a women that cannot wear high heel anymore. My wordrobe has changed from dreesses to lovely trousers .I must wear flats, and flats that lace up because of the substantial orthodic inserts I must now wear. That being said I still want to wear nice looking, classic shoes leather. Shoes that Catherine Hepburn would have worn with her trousers. In the past year I have purchased Pet, Gin Mill but cut the tight elastic out of them. and also the navy blue and white saddle shoe. If you want to talk about cole haan shoes, I have lots of them. Some styles from 10 years I purchased 4 pair of for fear that I 'd never find something so comfortable and stylish again. Good thing. If you want to know about cole haan shoes, have someone call me, I could write a book. times up got to go.Re size I am a size 7 with stockings but I needed a 7 1/2 to wear these with socks. The 71/2 with socks was alittle large, I put grips in the heel, but I could not wear a 7 with nice light weight dress socks.
