I love these booties! They're really comfortable and cute! I got the cove color with the contrast neon yellow on the bottom. Biggest trend this year! I think they're true to size. I usually wear a size 7, but I ordered a size 7.5 just in case, and it turned out to be too loose. So I exchanged for a smaller size. I'll have to agree with "lunchan" that the heel area is sort of big. I have normal size ankle so it was a tiny bit loose, but wasn't a huge problem for me. If these shoes have one more set of shoe laces holes, it would make a HUGE difference! And yes, those shoes laces are way too long! I just do a double knot tie on mine. I know, it's a bit nerdy, but it helps.

These boots are really cute and I get tons of compliments when I wear them. I do agree with another reviewer that they are on the tight side. My biggest complaint is that the heel/ankle part of the show is huge! My feet easily slide in and out of the backs, and I'm kind of scared I'll twist my ankle. I have a pair of Cool Haan wedges and the heels are ginormous in those shoes too, but not so bad in the ballet flats. In general, I have a narrow heel so no more Cool Haans for me unless they're ballet flats. They make their other shoes for fat ankles.

I bought these shoes to have a great work shoe that I could also wear around town. They are very comfortable, I am not one to wear heals to the office but the wedge is very comfortable. They run pretty true to size, the only small complaint is that, at least for me, the top of the boot is not narrow enough. I think if there was one more set of hole for the laces I could tighten them a bit more, but this is a very small issue. The yellow accent on the soles is great, and I get complements all the time. Completely worth it, I'm buying the oxfords next!

I have been a wedge shoe fan & a Cole Haan fan for years. So, I'm ecstatic about this shoes. I purchased them in Cove. The yellow accent gives them the perfect "pop" of color. Pros:true to size/EXTREMELY comfortable /stylish/perfect heel height Cons: shoe laces are a little too long (I can live with that) I will purchase them in Sequoia very soon. Do not hesitate, give them a try.

Another winner from Cole Haan! I really loved these shoes and rushed to the store to try them on. I have a fussy feet that is a bit on a wide side and a quite high in-step. For the first split second it was looking like it will be hard to get into the shoe but then your foot slides right it and there is no uncomfortable pressure on the top of you feet. I am not a heel girl but this pair is ridiculously comfortable. I commute to work using mass transit and had no problem wearing the booties for 8-hour work day. Your foot litteraly"sleeps" inside-- The suede is fine, I purchased in black and it looks classy. I am not a fan of contrast stitching in general but it looks fine and not too over the top in this model. Option of the second color in shoe laces is good if you want to go for a funkier look. In addition to wedge, there is also little platform going on so that's what makes shoe so comfy. Complains?- None! But a suggestion to CH staff (I hope you do read the reviews--) Please release same model in leather with one of the color options should be some kind of neutral brown!! Pretty please--. Don't forget to watreproof it if you buy with the spray, I do it for all my CHs. Oh, my 13-year old tried them on and asked to get her a pair! Universal apppeal--

I usually wear an 8.5 or 9 medium. I ordered a 9B & Couldn't get my foot past the instep seam. I don't have a high instep but these shoes were so tight I couldn't get them on!
