Nice except heal design issues

I really like the look and feel of these. I ordered my normal size of 8.5 and it fits normally. No need to go up a size for me. My only complaint so far is that the leather rear corners of each shoe are not protected and are already wearing out after wearing only TWICE. The color is scratched off completely. I am very dissatisfied with this and would not have bought them I had I known. So at this rate of wear, the shoes will have holes in them in no time.
Suede Laces

A great shoe, but I quickly found out that the suede laces are very delicate and can easily be snapped. Customer Service is sending new laces, but I am not sure how to install them without similar problems ocurring. I am braiding the laces across the front instead of tying them, as this strengthens the security of the shoe and adds another style element. I am still very pleased with the shoe!

The quality of the leather is so soft and supple that it causes the texture to scratch quite easily! The leather/suede protector doesn't seem to combat against the wear of the leather, however, it does protect well against water.
Definitely order 1 size up from your regular.

Have been wearing Cole Haan driving mocs for years. Glad they came out with something other than the standard black, brown and croc colors.
This particular moc is great!

This shoe is light and comfortable and looks great. It does run slightly small though but, your usual size won't make you want to return them. They're just slightly smaller than the usual size I order from Cole Haan. I would like to order another pair in a different color. Once again, great shoe.

If there was one word to describe these shoes, it would be fanatasic. These shoes of course will hurt I would say for the first 5 times you wear them. After that, when it conforms to your foot, these are very comfortable. Very fashionable yet very conservative. High recommended.

Great looking pair of driver shoes. Very comfortable. Narrow fit. Order 1/2 size bigger (since these shoes don't have different width sizes like E, EE, etc.)
