Cute shoe, uncomfortable fit

This is the first pair of Cole Haan shoes that I've ever returned (in my closet currently are 11 pairs of their loafers). Great color, cute look, but very tight and uncomfortable across the upper foot and toes. I wore them around the house figuring it was just a matter of 'breaking in' but in the end I sent them back as I knew I'd never make it through a work day with them pinching my feet. I ended up ordering the Trillby driver in the same pink tourmaline color (from a department store) and have been delighted with those.

When I saw them in store,at that price I took all three.(about a month or so ago) there are as "so comfy"and good looking as my mods,loafers,pumps,and I even bought 2 4 inch pumps this march! With a bad back since my late 20s(i m now 48) I did not want to stick to flats for the rest of my life.ME,in a 4 inch heel ,only Cole Hann,could "permit me to do that".
Back to these shoes,They are so versatile.Plus CH ws smart :they came out with 2 flashy colors and a neutral.They,as usual are well made,beautiful colors.SOMETIMES I come in from the house,and do not realize I have them on!Ladies,at this price they are a steal!GO for it!

Disappointed with the finish of the top of the shoe. The suede was not trimmed neatly and there are gaps showing excessive glue between the edges of the suede. My husband recommends getting a red Sharpie and marking over the glue. I expected better quality from Cole Haan. Not sure I'll be keeping these.
