I have several pairs of Cole Haan flats and loafers that fit like a glove, all in size 9. The Manhattan is beautiful but the size 9 seems a bit big. I'm going to make them work though as I fear the 8.5 will be too small.

I used to think that Baccara were the most comfortable pair of Cole Haan ballets. But, Baccara get worn out in a couple of months. But, Manhattan ballets are even more comfortable than Baccara. I walked 1.5 miles in these shoes and my heels were not at all sore.

I have a hard time finding comfortable flats, but these seem to do the trick in a standard width in my normal shoe size. My forefoot is slightly wide, but my heels are not and wide shoes are too wide for me. These suit my foot type well. I did need to add heal protectors for comfort, but I put those in nearly all flats I own. I really hope CH comes out with some solid colors in non-patent leather in this style. I would like to purchase another pair, but would prefer regular leather.

The back is a higher than I'd like so it does dig in and hurt after several hours of wear. But cute and comfy like most Cole Haan Air shoes.

Have been looking for a cute and comfortable pair of nude patent leather ballet flats since last Spring. Purchased and returned mutliple pairs of nude patent leather ballet flats from my usual made-in-Italy-of-Italian-leather high end designers. All looked adorable, but either were not attractive on my foot or not completely comfortable. Given my previous experiences, was a little reticent to purchase the Manhattan ballet flats without ever seeing in person...but the pictures on Colehaan.com were really helpful and they looked so cute with such a great price point that I had to order! Am glad I did...'cause my search is finally over! These are cute, perfect color, on trend with a slight bit of toe cleavage, and...drum roll...extremely comfortable from moment one!

I wear an 8N and have a very hard time finding comfortable narrow shoes. I love these flats but am quite disappointed they're not made in narrow sizes. Please carry narrows in all your shoe styles!

I have been on the search for a comfortable stylish flat shoe for work. I purchased a few pairs from other high end brands and none of them worked. I tried these on and knew they were different. I have wide feet and these flats fit like a glove. I wore them out of the store that day and continued to shop. On my way out of the mall I stopped back at Cole Haan and bought 3 more pairs. I wear these everyday to work and couldn't be more happy. I'd love to see some non patent leather styles and a pair in grey.

My heel especially runs narrow. Often, ballet flats are either too wide or the heel, especially if it's elasticized, is uncomfortable. Try both a half and a full size down. Very comfortable. Wore fresh out of the box on a vacation weekend and no blisters. Back to buy a second color.

They are so comfortable and chic . My feet are wide but I was ok with 7.5B they are so light and I can wear them for hours. I recently ordered brand called "Tieks " experienced poor customer service it was like a nightmare and shoes were not comfortable at all. Then I discovered Cole Haan Ballets and I already bought three pairs the customer service is outstanding and they are so professional. Thank you Cole Haan Team!!!!:))

Loved the idea of this shoe when it first came out! Especially that it was going to be the "new" Bacara. These colors are amazing and the shoe itself is very flexible. Couple down faults; the shoe runs wide and is tricky when it comes to size, some use a half size down.
