Cole Haan’s distinctive merchandise is synonymous as its customer service. Cole Haan recently exceeded my expectations. I purchased the Lucinda Air Oxford pumps (in White/Pine) from the Northbrook, IL store via telephone (as they were sold out online). Upon receipt, I discovered a problem with the pumps. After speaking with customer service via telephone, the rep informed the store team regarding the issue. The store team contacted me promptly, adjusted the price and shipped another pair of pumps next day. Cole Haan much gratitude to you for maintaining your clients exceptional expectations. I love the shoes. They are uniquely, beautiful as they are comfortable.

I just ordered these shoes in both colors because I could not decide between the two! They are so beautiful & simply wonderful to look at and I know neither will disappoint. Can not wait to wear them :-)

This one's a head turner, and very comfortable!

I absolutely love these shoes and receive compliment after compliment on them. I am a school principal so I am fairly conservative in my dress. However, I always add a little kick with my shoes. A must have for fall. I am a 5 or 5.5. At the time the 5.5 was sold out so I purchased the 5. They fit just right. I do have narrow heels which allows for some wiggle room with shoe sizing. You will not be disappointed. Buy them!

This shoe draws stares wherever I go, and you can see why! It's a beautiful shoe and thanks to the partnership with Nike Air, it's also very comfortable. I am not one who often wears high heels but I just couldn't resist this pair. While I had originally settled on the brown-lilac combo, I soon realized that I was neither trendy enough nor had enough matching clothes in my closet to pull that lovely pair off, so I traded them for the black and white pair. I haven't regretted it and I believe that these shoes are worth the investment!
