I was looking for a new pair of black patent Cole Haan pumps higher than my Jenna OT low pumps, so I ordered these. I love the detail on the Jennas. The Carma OT was closest, although without the nice detailing. They look great in the photo & they are made with typical Cole Haan quality but they're neither fish nor fowl when it comes to height. Not trendy platforms and, with nothing distinctive about the style, they're not a flattering shoe at all. The fit is like other Cole Haans; They run large and I order 1/2 size down. I recommend a higher or a lower pump, as these seem to lack personality altogether. Cole Haan shipping and customer service were excellent. No complaints there.
