Becoming a Premium Member of Cole Haan will grant you the year-round use of free 2-Day shipping, plus 20% off every purchase in Cole Haan stores and online at ColeHaan.com (exclusions may apply). Membership enrollment is valid for 12 months from the date of enrollment. These benefits are in addition to our Above and Beyond membership perks, like early access to sales, invitations to exclusive events, product launches, plus birthday and milestone gifts.

Yes, Premium Membership is valid online and at any Cole Haan store.

Premium Membership enrollment fees are non-refundable.
If there is a problem with one of your orders, if you have a shipping question or any issue at all, please contact us, so we can best assist.

No, it does not. Premium Members will receive communication towards the expiration of the program with more information at that time on options for renewal.

The cost of enrollment for Premium Membership is just $60.00 for 12 months.
