    poorly shipped
Item arrived broken in a thin padded envelope. No comment on product quality, but seems like very little attention to shipping quality.

Was given a return label, but much more effort than I intended for shoe polish.

Would the British tan ceam work for my Woodbury-ivory originalgrand oxfords? Or should I go with the neutral?
    A shopper on Sep 12, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Since the British Tan color can look different depending upon what leather it's applied to, we recommend neutral polish for an overall spiffing up. To cover scuffs and scratches, you can use a British Tan color cream polish - test in an inconspicuous place first to see how well it matches. Also, a good shoe shop should be able polish to match the color nicely.
Which color shoe cream do you recommend for the Woodbury-Ivory Originalgrand Chukka?
    WCDillard on Nov 11, 2016
BEST ANSWER: I would suggest the Neutral Shoe Cream. This will moisturize and bring up / out the rich Woodbury color. Thanks!
Does this keep the matte finish of my shoes? i am not looking for a shine
    casey k on May 8, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Yes. The cream is used for rejuvenating the color of the shoe leaving a matte finish once buffed off. The shine you are speaking of comes from using shoe wax, once buffed creates a mirror shine.
Could i use this on Gunnison 2 driver, or should I use the neutral instead of brown?
    joseph c on Jul 30, 2017
BEST ANSWER: The Gunnison II Driver comes in many different shades of brown. If the polish appears to match the leather relatively closely, test it in an inconspicuous spot to see if it complements the leather. Neutral polish is always a good choice, except that it will not cover scratches or abrasions.
I have the Williams Wingtip Chukka Boots in the brown (I'm not sure of the exact name of the color). They are two tone (the brogue is darker than the rest of the upper). Is there a specific cream for that shoe? Or should I just stick with neutral?

For my navy blue original grand do you have cream?
    Valentina on Feb 10, 2017
BEST ANSWER: While we do not have a navy shoe cream to match, we would suggest using neutral shoe cream. Using any type of color will darken the shoe.
