Cole Haan currently offers international shipping to select countries through our partner Global-e. Please see below for a list of all countries that are currently supported.
Holiday Season Shopping
Please note: Due to high order volume throughout the holiday season, please be sure to place your order well in advance of any important events or holidays, to ensure on-time delivery.
Please also be sure to take note of any local bank holidays in your country that may prevent or delay delivery.
How does it work?
All international orders are facilitated by our partner, Global-e. Global-e will be the merchant of record on all international shipping documentation, as well as on your billing statement. When you are ready to check out, you will be redirected to Global-e’s checkout page, where you will be asked to enter your billing and shipping details. Once the order is placed, Cole Haan will ship your order to Global-e’s warehouse in the United States. From here the appropriate international documentations (such as import paperwork) will be added to your package and shipped to your final shipping address. Please note that we are unable to control any delay in delivery due to customs. Please contact customer service if you have any questions about the status of your order.
Shipping charges depend on the location and shipping method chosen at checkout. The amount paid at checkout is fully inclusive of all shipping charges.
Do I have to pay any separate customs and/or duty charges?
We send all International Orders as Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). The amount paid by you at check out is fully inclusive of all duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees to the specified delivery address.
