non-refundable. Please allow 2-3 business days to process your return once received at our
warehouse. You will receive a refund based on the original form of payment. Please allow up to one
billing cycle for the credit to post to your account. To return or exchange an item, please pack it
in its original condition.
Orders placed from 3/25/20 - 7/31/20 will follow a 60-day return policy for all orders that comply with return policies noted herein.
As Cole Haan stores reopen, we will be happy to accept your qualifying store purchases from 3/1/2020 - 7/31/2020 for return through 9/30/2020. Please visit our Store Locator for open locations.

returns and exchanges by mail or in store.

Exchanges for online orders are processed in two steps. Just let us know what you’d like when you
return your original item(s). You will receive a confirmation email when we process your return
and a shipping confirmation email for the exchange items when they’re on their way.
Unfortunately, item availability is not guaranteed – if the item you want is not in stock, we’ll
contact you to let you know. Exchanges are not offered on PayPal, Affirm or Amazon orders, or orders shipped outside of the United States.
Cole Haan stores can only process returns from purchases made at our retail and outlet stores, or
www.colehaan.com as stated within our policy. All other requests should be directed to the
original place of purchase. All full-price in-store purchases must be returned to Cole Haan
full-price retail stores only. All outlet purchases must be returned to Cole Haan outlet stores
only. All Cole Haan items purchased outside the United States must be returned in the country
where the original purchase took place. Original form of payment must be present to receive a
refund on that form of payment.

•PayPal, AmazonPay, Affirm, Final Sale, and orders shipped outside the United States cannot be returned to any Cole Haan Retail Store. Returned merchandise to our warehouse will be processed as a refund to your PayPal, Affirm or Amazon account.
•Online orders shipped to US addresses may only be returned to Cole Haan retail stores in the United States.
•Any items purchase as Final Sale may not be returned or exchanged.
•Exchanges are not offered on PayPal, Affirm or Amazon Payment orders, or orders shipped outside of the United States.
We’re offering a refund to Cole Haan Members who believe our ZERØGRAND Overtake, ZERØGRAND Outpace, or our 4.ZERØGRAND collection shoe styles did not meet their expectations after 60 days. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we’ll refund qualifying purchases. We’ll also ask you to answer a few questions about why you weren't satisfied, so we can design and develop products that work for you, perfectly.
Qualifying purchases must be made by logged-in Members, and contact be made within 60 days of your purchase date on qualifying styles (4.ZERØGRAND collection shoes, ZERØGRAND Overake Running Shoes, and ZERØGRAND Outpace Running Shoes). Refund will be granted in the original form of payment, and for the total amount paid at time of purchase. One-time refund per customer.
If you wish to return a product that you received as a gift from ColeHaan.com or from a Cole
Haan retail store, the refund will go to the original form of payment, i.e., the credit card
used to purchase it. If you wish to exchange a gift purchased online at colehaan.com, please
contact Customer Service at 800-695-8945
for assistance. When returning a gift,
please provide the order number or purchaser name, address, and telephone number to assist
in processing the return. If you return a gift that was purchased through the use of a gift
card, your gift card will be restored to its original value or a new one will be provided
for you, to be used at any time on colehaan.com. If you return a gift to a Cole Haan retail
store, please bring your packing slip so you can be reimbursed for the appropriate amount.
