United Way’s Launch initiative is an innovative coalition of partners that offers coaching to young adults ages 18-24 that live in state-subsidized housing. Launch provides youth access to coaches who help them develop an individualized educational and career plan. They identify what steps these young people need to take to achieve their personal goals, whether those are enrolling in a job training program, attending college, or finding a job. |

Atlanta CareerRise advances economic mobility and regional prosperity by creating and strengthening partnerships and systems that meet employer needs for talent and connect metro Atlanta residents to sustainable wage careers in quality jobs. United Way/Atlanta CareerRise works with employers, community colleges and other training providers to ensure that individuals have the skills needed for in-demand jobs with the potential for advancement in the healthcare, IT, logistics, skilled trades, manufacturing, and hospitality industries. |

United Way of Metropolitan Dallas leads Pathways to Work, a cross-functional collaboration of funders, employers, and training providers working to create innovative solutions for moving entry-level workers into good middle-skill jobs and ensuring that employers have a pipeline of skilled employees.
