We get it – it has to be perfect. If you need a different color, size or style, we offer free returns by mail. Please note that final sale items cannot be returned.

Process a Return

Please note, authorized return labels will be generated only for those orders and items that comply with Cole Haan’s Return Policy.

Exchanges are not currently offered for orders shipped outside of the US.

Every Cole Haan product is backed by our long-standing tradition of quality and craftsmanship. Cole Haan will accept any unworn or unaltered merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date. Cole Haan reserves the right to deny refunds for a returned item that does not comply with this policy.

For products purchased on www.ColeHaan.com, original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow 2-3 business days to process your return once received at our warehouse. You will receive a refund based on the original form of payment. Please allow up to one billing cycle for the credit to post to your account. To return an item, please pack it in its original condition.

Our standard Return Policy is within 30 days of purchase. However, we know you like to shop in advance for the holiday season, so we've extended the Return Policy window to give you some peace of mind.

For purchases made from 11/15/2023 – 12/15/2023, a return must be initiated and approved by 1/12/2024. Authorized holiday returns must be received at either a Cole Haan retail store or at our warehouse by 1/19/2024 to be eligible for a refund.

For orders within the standard 30 day returns window please visit www.colehaan.com/globalreturns to process your return. For Holiday returns outside of the 30 day return window, please contact our customer service team to have us initiate your return for you!

Cole Haan's standard 30-day return policy applies to purchases made on or after December 16, 2023.

Cole Haan stores can only process returns from purchases made at our retail and outlet stores as stated within our policy. All other requests should be directed to the original place of purchase. All full-price in-store purchases must be returned to Cole Haan full-price retail stores only. All outlet purchases must be returned to Cole Haan outlet stores only. All Cole Haan items purchased outside the United States must be returned in the country where the original purchase took place. Original form of payment must be present to receive a refund on that form of payment.
