Every Cole Haan product is backed by our long-standing tradition of quality and craftsmanship. Cole Haan will accept any unworn or unaltered merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date. Cole Haan reserves the right to deny refunds for a returned item that does not comply with this policy.

For products purchased on www.ColeHaan.com, original shipping charges and any shipping taxes are non-refundable. Please allow 2-3 business days to process your return once received at our warehouse. You will receive a refund based on the original form of payment, minus a $7.95 shipping fee if your return is authorized after 14 days from your shipment date (and within the 30-day policy). Returns authorized within 14 days of the original shipment date will not be charged return shipping fees. Above & Beyond members receive free shipping, returns, and exchanges always.

To return an item, please pack it in its original packaging and unworn condition. Any items purchased as Final Sale may not be returned or exchanged. If unable to refund your original payment, Cole Haan reserves the right to issue eGift card or an appeasement to the original purchaser. Alternate forms of payment will not be credited. Your credit will be issued once goods have been received and inspected by our warehouse. Please allow up to one billing cycle for the credit to post to your account.

Our standard Return Policy is within 30 days of purchase. However, we know you like to shop in advance for the holiday season, so we've extended the Return Policy window to give you some peace of mind.

For purchases made from November 17, 2025 through December 21, 2025, a return must be authorized by January 9, 2026 and received at our warehouse or stores by January 16, 2026 to be eligible for a refund.

Cole Haan's standard 30-day return policy applies to purchases made on or after December 22, 2026.

Merchandise purchased online at colehaan.com may be returned to any Cole Haan retail or outlet store for your convenience, free of charge. Please note: Klarna, PayPal, and final sale orders cannot be returned to any Cole Haan retail or outlet store. Online orders shipped to US addresses may only be returned to Cole Haan retail stores in the United States.

During your return process, you will be guided through an option to exchange your item(s) for the same style and color but a different size or width with no return shipping cost. If you’d like to exchange for a different item, please place a new order online or give us a call to assist in placing one for you 800-695-8945.

Please note that exchanges are processed in two steps. First, you will receive a refund for the items you are returning and an Exchange Order Confirmation once your package is in route from UPS to our warehouse. Then, you will be charged for any exchange items and receive an Exchange Order confirmation email. Unfortunately, item availability is not guaranteed. Exchanges are not offered on PayPal, Klarna, Gift Card or ApplePay orders.

If you wish to return a product that you received as a gift from ColeHaan.com or from a Cole Haan retail store, the refund will go to the original form of payment, i.e., the credit card used to purchase it. If you wish to exchange a gift purchased online at colehaan.com, please contact Customer Service at 800-695-8945 for assistance. When returning a gift, please provide the order number or purchaser name, address, and telephone number to assist in processing the return. If you return a gift that was purchased with a gift card, your gift card will be restored to its original value or a new one will be provided for you, to be used at any time on colehaan.com. Cole Haan stores can only process returns from purchases made at our retail and outlet stores, or www.colehaan.com as stated within our policy. All other requests should be directed to the original place of purchase. All full-price in-store purchases must be returned to Cole Haan full-price retail stores only. All outlet purchases must be returned to Cole Haan outlet stores only. All Cole Haan items purchased outside the United States must be returned in the country where the original purchase took place. Original form of payment must be present to receive a refund on that form of payment.
